THE INVITATION

There is a place within you that remembers.

A place that knows how to slow down, how to listen, how to belong to the land and to life itself.

This retreat is an invitation to return there.

Rewild Your Heart is a four-day journey into Iceland’s ancient glaciers and vast landscapes — a sacred threshold where ice, fire, and silence meet. Guided by nature, ceremony, and community, we come together to shed layers of noise and reconnect with what is real, alive, and essential.

Why the Glaciers?

Glaciers are living archives.

They hold memory, time, and deep stillness.

Walking among them invites us into humility and reverence — and reminds us of our own resilience and inner power. At the Spring Equinox, when light and darkness meet in balance, we enter a potent moment of transition and renewal.

This is a time to pause, recalibrate, and plant new intentions - supported by the land itself.

The Experience

Each day unfolds gently, guided by the rhythm of the land and the needs of the group.

  • Entering new worlds and dimensions as we take our time to just be and take in the presence of ancient glaciers, stunning mountains, waterfalls, valleys and hidden places.

Glaciers are ancient keepers of time. Formed drop by drop over thousands of years, they carry the memory of the Earth within their blue depths. In their presence, we are invited to slow down, to listen, and to remember our own deep rhythms. Glaciers teach patience, resilience, and quiet strength—moving steadily, shaping landscapes not through force, but through presence. Their vast stillness clears the mind, their cold purity awakens the senses, and their power reminds us of the sacred intelligence of nature and our place within it.

We will enter into the sacred landscape of the glaciers in a private glacier cave tour and full day hike to glacier lagoon. Explore magical frozen waterfall valleys and mountains around the area.

  • Hoffel Baths - A quiet soak in East Iceland.

Tucked beneath the gaze of Hoffellsjökull glacier these geothermal tubs offer a calming pause in the heart of nature. It started in 2000s as a simple spot for locals to unwind & has quietly evolved into a destination for those seeking stillness. Step into the warmth and let the landscape speak for itself.

  • CEREMONIAL GRADE CACAO

Ceremonial Grade Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant teacher here to open our heart. This plant assists us to let down our guard, to free our mind and feel the true power of being open and connected to the web of life.

    CEREMONIES IN NATURE

Working with the land and sacred plants to deepen our listening and connection.

With intention, movement, breath and meditation we can help free the self from limiting patterns, heal trauma and open up to deeper connection with the self, life and God.

We guide daily cacao ceremonies to open the heart and enhance our senses and connection.

  • This journey will be a space for you to authentically express yourself through play, curiosity and wonder.

A big part of rewilding and coming back home to our heart is through becoming a safe space for our inner child to be heard, seen, felt and expressed. We invite you to let your guard down through playful improv games, music, storytelling and exploration in nature.

  • Surround yourself with like minded and heart opened humans supporting each other on the path with compassion, encouragement and genuine care for one another and the world around us.

Being around heart-opened people invites us to soften. Here you don’t have to perform, protect, or explain.

When we are met with listening, warmth, and honesty, something in us remembers how to rest. Connection becomes a place of safety, growth happens naturally, and we begin to feel more fully—toward ourselves, each other, and life.

This is a space where hearts meet, and healing unfolds naturally.

  • DIGITAL DETOX

You will be invited to turn off your phone for the duration of the weekend so you can completely immerse yourself in the now.

    SPACIOUS SILENCE

Icelandic nature has a special silence and vastness that can reach deep into our being. We will have daily hikes to be immersed in silence and allow nature to cleanse, recharge and inspire us in every way

  • Sound touches us in ways that is beyond the intellectual, it moves us, inspires us and brings our energy into harmony.

The way we will work with sound during our days together is through receiving sound healing in the evenings to integrate and ground for deep nights rest, by opening and playing with our voices in games and sharing circles.

  • MORNING MEDITATIONS AND MOVEMENT

We will start our days with guided gentle breathwork, movement meditations to embrace the day ahead.

  • Over these days you will feel how it is to be immersed and nourished in all ways.

How surroundings, company, breath, nature, food & drinks have an effect on our wellbeing.

We will be nourished with plant based whole foods prepared by a special chef over the retreat.
