Við hefjum stundina að drekka saman ceremonial grade cacao frá regnskógi Guatemala. Cacao plantan er öflug planta sem vinnur með hjartað okkar. Þegar við komum saman í öruggu rými og vinnum með henni af einlægni og ásetningi getur hún hjálað okkur að hlusta dýpra á innri röddina, færa okkur í ró og dýpri tengingu. LESA MEIRA UM CACAO HÉR

A SACRED JOURNEY
We will start this journey by sharing ceremonial grade cacao to drop deeper into our hearts, be guided through breathwork and voice toning to clear and realign our energy body. Softening into deeper listening through intuitively guided meditation for renewal along with sound healing.
You will be completely held and guided by Heiðrún’s intuitive nature.
This is a space for you to let down your guard, to dwell deeper in yourself and come home to your heart.
Ceremonial Grade Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine teacher here to open our heart. This plant assistes us to let down our guard around our heart, to free our mind and feel the true power of being open and connected.
Cacao is a gentle and powerful plant teacher. A connection enhancer bringing us closer within and together.
A psychoactive and adaptagentic plant, this means that cacao meet’s us where we are at and will not force us into any state. It gently opens us up and brings more flow within. Activating our hearts physically and energetically. It is up to us to step into the garden of our heart and embrace what we find.
We might experience emotional release when working with cacao, especially when we have allot of barriers around our heart. This can take time and patience, to release the walls around our heart.
Cacao contains numerous active compounds and nutrients that stimulate the brain's production of neurotransmitters and neuro-modulators. This results in the release of feel-good hormones like Endorphins, Serotonin, and Dopamine. It is one of the highest natural sources of magnesium, antioxidants, iron, manganese and more important nutrition for the body and mind. It is natures anti depressant, so if you are on any anti depressant medications or have heart problems please let us know before hand.

The ceremony begins at 14:00 (2 PM), please arrive 10 min before.
We close the ceremony at 16:30 (4:30 PM)
